She believes the best spaces are not only beautiful, but also practical and truly feel like home. For Amit, great design begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each client’s vision, lifestyle, needs, and personal style, using those insights to create a space that feels both functional and uniquely theirs. Building genuine relationships and seeing the excitement on a client’s face as their finished space comes together is one of the most rewarding parts of her work. Her goal is to make the design process enjoyable and collaborative from start to finish.

Always looking to learn and stay inspired, Amit enjoys exploring new ideas, following emerging trends, and drawing inspiration from timeless design principles. Her favorite aesthetic is transitional design, which blends classic details with clean, contemporary lines to create spaces that feel warm, inviting, and timeless. At the same time, she enjoys working across a variety of styles and finding thoughtful ways to personalize each design to reflect the individual.

Outside of Simply Cabinetry, Amit enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and expressing her creativity through canvas painting and artwork. In fact, she jokes that she just can’t stop designing—even in her free time!
