Before joining Simply Cabinetry, Cristal held roles that shaped her eye for beauty and her ability to connect. One of her first jobs was working for a woman-owned saree company, where she photographed each garment and brought its story to life—an experience that sparked her love of cultural expression and thoughtful design. Later, she worked in a busy dermatology office, balancing both medical and cosmetic services. Across both roles, she learned the importance of clear communication, empathy, and delivering a positive experience even under pressure. Her approach is grounded in honesty, resilience, and integrity. What sets her apart is her ability to form genuine connections with people—she listens deeply, understands needs beyond the surface, and makes others feel heard and valued. What excites her most?
